  • How do I find out more about the club?
  • First, look through the web site to see if the information you are looking for is here. If you cannot find answers to some of questions, please email Darren White at whiteds@gmail.com. Please send only specific questions. He does not know how to answer requests like "Please send me some information about your club".

  • How do I get started?
  • Register online. If you pay by check, bring it to practice and give it to Darren White. You can email the manager, Darren White (whiteds@gmail.com), to find out when the next practice is.
  • When are practices?
  • Our outdoor practice begin in early April and continue through early August. They are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00. They are held at Downingtown East High School.
  • Will there be cross country this fall?
  • Cross country is a new program for us and will be held depending on interest level. Please contact Darren White at whiteds@gmail.com, if you are interested.
  • What age groups are eligible for the club?
  • Junior Olympic age groups begin in the year that a child turns 7 and contiunues through the year that he or she turns 18. As a club, we take children as young as 5. We also work with college athletes as well as Masters.

 How long are meets?

 All day. We encourage you to stay to cheer on and encourage each athlete.
Who do I go to if I have a suggestion?
See one of the coaches or club managers.
 What do I need to be comfortable?
  •  
  • Cushioned stadium seat ($5 below, Target, Wal-Mart)
    • Canopy to block out the sun
    • Food and Water
    • Hand Sanitizer
    • Sun glasses
    • Puzzle book or other reading material
    • Sun screen
    • A huge smile, patience, loud cheering voice and a sense of humor

    Our members come from all over Chester County, including West Chester, Downingtown, Coatesville, Great Valley, Tredyffryn-Eastown, Phoenixville, Kennett Square, and Avon Grove.
